From running covert curriculum development to activating stealth-level student support, this elite crew combines lived experience with specialist training in education, workforce readiness, programme management & digital operations.

Each operative is handpicked for their commitment to empowering marginalised youth, sharpening real-world readiness skills & making the impossible feel mission-possible.

A rotating circle of mission-aligned masterminds. Composed of education consultants, career coaches, social impact strategists & future-of-work specialists, these external advisors help refine our vision, reinforce our programming, & anticipate barriers before they surface.

Publicly referred to as OAI's Council of Shadows is the highest decision-making body within Operation: ADULTing™. Composed of distinguished leaders & visionaries, this board governs our covert operations with utmost precision & strategic foresight. Operation ADULTing™ embraces a clandestine ethos, where our highly skilled board members combine their extensive knowledge & proficiency in technology, finance, professional development, intelligence and covert tactics, aligning them with our core focus ensuring our organisation's long-term success and upholding the highest standards of integrity, efficiency and effectiveness. With a deep understanding of the complexities of #adulthood, the Council of Shadows provides strategic guidance, allocates resources & ensures the seamless execution of our covert endeavours. They are the guardians of our organisations mission, upholding the values of integrity, determination & success.
